Singapore was spared its usual dose of chaotic thrills and spills, leaving Hamilton to convert his Q3 flyer for the ages into another 25 championship points. Verstappen was close but it was no cigar while Ferrari made yet another unforced error. The Pink Panthers stumbled once again over each other in what was a less than captivating two hour event. Esteban Ocon (retired) : No score
Bested by Perez in Q3 after a contact at the infamous turn 21, Esteban had a look to the outside of his team mate at the start only to be squeezed into the wall. The RP Force India powers that be put the blame on Checo, while Ocon chose to remain mute. Will the highly-rated Mercedes-backed driver be in the car in a fortnight?
