Austria has only had 16 Formula One drivers, but two have been world champions: Jochen Rindt and Niki Lauda. While the former remains the only racer to be crowned posthumously (in 1970), the latter survived a near fatal accident in 1976 to add another two titles to his impressive collection and become a living legend.
