Stoffel Vandoorne was back in action for McLaren-Honda yesterday in Austria. Back in November, the Belgian test and development driver had had the honour to debut what was then MP4-29H in Abu Dhabi. But the renewed partnership got off to an inauspicious start when Vandoorne’s running was limited to a mere three laps following a raft of ’teething problems’. Looks like this did not bode well for the future indeed...
