There are so many great pictures from the Australian Grand Prix that we couldn't pass up the opportunity to share one or two more.

Confetti is usually something you see in US motorsports such as IndyCar and NASCAR. But the Aussies know a good idea when they see one and were happy to adopt the practice in Melbourne.

Through the paper storm you can see race winner Sebastian Vettel thoroughly enjoying himself spraying champagne on the podium. Meanwhile runner-up Lewis Hamilton is doing his best to put on a brave face behind him.

After a winless season last year, it's the first time Vettel has been on the top of the podium since Singapore in 2015. On the form he showed this weekend, we can expect him to make a quick return to his favourite spot in 2017!
