Inducting the next generation of F1 star

We already know that Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has a keen eye for motor racing talent. Here he is, showing the next generation of future world champion what it's all about...

Actually, this is a shot of Toto showing his young son Jack what daddy does at the office all day. He's talking him through the many trophies on display at the team's home base at Brackley. No pressure, then!

With his dad being one of the leading figures in Formula 1, and his mum Susie herself a retired former driver turned television pundit, there's no doubt that Jack must have some high octane fuel running through his veins.

Still, it's surely going to be a few years before he actually gets behind the wheel and starts driving. Although if the precocious talents of Max Verstappen and Lance Stroll are anything to go by, proud parents Toto and Susie might have less time to brace themselves for that eventuality than they think!
