On Thursday, F1 rookie Pierre Gasly made his way to Turn 7 at Suzuka for an emotional moment of pause.
The young Frenchman, who will race in his second F1 race this weekend, laid flowers against the barrier as he remembered his good friend Jules Bianchi, who died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash at Suzuka in 2014.
