McLaren reserve driver and European F3 champion Lando Norris is racing in Macau this weekend in his last ever race in the junior category.
The 18-year-old wasted no time in setting the fastest lap around the treacherous circuit on Thursday, clinching provisional pole in his Carlin Dallara-Volkswagen by almost a second.
Norris is currently raking in air miles and track mileage, having dashed his way from Brazil - where his scheduled Pirelli tyre test with McLaren was cancelled - to Hong Kong, before heading to Abu Dhabi where he'll make his F2 debut.
