Just like workplaces up and down and country and around the world, the Renault headquarters at Enstone has been gearing up for the festive season this week.

Although there's no winter shutdown for F1 in the same way that team personnel take a mandatory two week break over the summer, many of the staff are looking forward to starting their Christmas holidays next week.

But before that, there was time for everyone to get together to take part in the traditional Christmas Jumper Day where everyone dresses in their favourite garish Yuletide attire and poses with Nico Hulkenberg's R.S.18.

"We take #ChristmasJumperDay very seriously in Enstone," the team said in a tweet accompanying the picture. "Can you tell?"

It's an opportunity to see what some of the behind-the-scenes workers at Renault look like, and just how bad their taste is in seasonal knitwear! There's a lot to feast your eyes on, although special credit goes to the guys deciding to sport shorts with their jumpers.
