Robert Kubica's only F1 victory to date was a hugely popular one at the 2008 Canadian Grand Prix. The Pole was in the middle of an impressive championship challenge driving for BMW Sauber and led home a one-two in Montreal after Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Raikkonen collided in the pit lane. Kubica would go on to finish the season fourth in the championship standings after his team opted to switch focus early to the new regulations in 2009 rather than support his title bid.
