Time for a last visit to the Montjuic Park as pre-season testing in Barcelona draws to a close. At the Spanish Grand Prix in 1973, American driver George Follmer found himself on the podium after finishing the race in 3rd place driving his Shadow. Perhaps it was beginner's luck, as he had already scored a point on his F1 debut a few weeks earlier at Kyalami, but the Can-Am champion would not finish in the points again and quietly left the European scene at the end of the season.
