Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat took a trip down memory lane ahead of this weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix, with the Toro Rosso team-mates reminded of their Formula BMW days when they had raced at Sepang International Circuit in 2010.

“We had our first nice little battles on track, driving side by side at Turns 1 and 2…!” remembered the Russian. “So I have a lot of good memories of us racing there, as teammates.”

“Yes, that's correct! It was a special time for us….” agreed the Spaniard.
