Fernando Alonso dropped a very big hint about his future this weekend, when sending Mark Webber a farewell message after the Australian's final race Webber retired from racing in Bahrain at the weekend, with the 6 Hours of Bahrain his last race for Porsche in the WEC. Alonso's words - "You didn’t wait for me there, it could have been nice but I think you will still be around and I will ask you many things when I join your adventure" - suggest Porsche will be a future destination...

Andrew first became a fan of Formula 1 during the time when Michael Schumacher and Damon Hill were stepping into the limelight after the era of Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell and Aryton Senna.
