New Formula One world champion Nico Rosberg’s celebration tour continued with a stop at Mercedes’ UK-based chassis factory of Brackley on Thursday.
Since winning the title on Sunday in Abu Dhabi, the German has not had much time to breathe, first making a brief stopover in Malaysia’s capital city of Kuala Lumpur where employees of fuel and title partner Petronas welcomed him to a grand party in the iconic Twin Towers.
This was followed on Wednesday by a trip to Wiesbaden, the town where he was born, and will continue with the FIA Prizegiving Gala in Vienna on Friday before a trip to an event for Mercedes-Benz employees in Sindelfingen on Saturday. That’s a true world champion’s pace right there!
