Social media continues to be a source of updates from Formula One drivers about their training preparations for the 2017 championship, with the first prep-season tests now less than three weeks away.

Lewis Hamilton is certainly keen to show that he's taking things seriously this year as he bids to regain the crown that he lost to former team mate Nico Rosberg at the end of last year. Can anyone stop him from napping a fourth title this season? They'll have to be training seriously hard if they want to try!

Andrew first became a fan of Formula 1 during the time when Michael Schumacher and Damon Hill were stepping into the limelight after the era of Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell and Aryton Senna.
