Williams' Damon Hill won the 1995 Australian Grand Prix on this date 21 years ago. The final race held at the popular Adelaide street circuit turned out to be a contest of attrition with only eight of the 24 cars making it to the finish. This led to an unusual top three, as Ligier's Oliver Panis and Footwork's Gianni Morbidelli accompanied Hill on the podium.
