F1i's Driver Ratings for the 2018 Abu Dhabi GP

Kimi Räikkönen (Retired): 7/10
It wasn't the stellar send-off for Kimi Raikkonen that the Finn would have wanted in his last outing for Ferrari. He didn't appear comfortable in practice and lacked speed in the final sector, but still managed fourth place in qualifying and kept his position at the start and through the opening five laps. Whether he could have done anything eye-catching after that is a question that will never be answered, as an electrical issue forced him to park on the side of the main straight which triggered a key Virtual Safety Car period and robbed him of the chance of a 104th podium before his switch to Sauber next year. Although we doubt the Iceman will care much about it, it's at least some consolation that he held on to third place in the drivers championship by two points over Max Verstappen.
