Lewis Hamilton - 3rd place, 15 points - 8/10
There was only one real error in Hamilton’s weekend and that was the start. An impressive final lap in qualifying saw Hamilton pip Rosberg to pole position by 0.077s but his good work was undone by a slow getaway which allowed his team-mate to lead in to Turn 1. It proved crucial as Hamilton was hit by Valtteri Bottas and dropped to ninth place, with damage hampering his pace. His recovery to third was a mature one in the circumstances.
