Amon stayed with Parnell for 1965, running in just the French and German Grand Prix and retiring from both.
It was more of the same the following season with a run in France with a Cooper and another outing at Monza (Amon is seen here-above leading the Ferrari of Scarfiotti) driving an uncompetitive Brabham-BRM the Kiwi had acquired for himself.
