SAUBER ALREADY LOOKING AHEAD TO MONZA?

Sauber sampled an intriguing shark fin engine cover at Spa. The design presented a sloped outline and was devoid of a T-wing. With the low-downforce Autodromo di Monza next on the calendar, the Swiss outfit might have used the Spa-Francorchamps weekend to test solutions for the upcoming Italian Grand Prix.

This technical review does not aim to be an exhaustive list of all the technical novelties introduced in Belgium. One could also spot revised bargeboards at Renault, an updated rear wing at McLaren, new turning vanes on the Haas VF-17, etc.
