Tech F1i Monza - Haas' Italian job fails the rules

SMALL ALTERATIONS

In the lion’s den, the Mercedes team has slightly modified its floor, at least in two places.

On the front part, two new slots have been made (compare the red arrows). These cuts are used to generate small vortices, which combine to energize the flow of air flow along the sidepods.

SMALL ALTERATIONS (BIS)

Other change: a vane connecting two elements of the sidepod panel has been remodelled.

SMALL ALTERATIONS (TER)

A week earlier, in Belgium, the Halo of the Silver Arrows had received a new fairing. Its rear part now has more angular edges (compare the yellow arrows).
