Nico Rosberg posted a short clip on his social media accounts and thanked Liberty Media for the opportunity.
While the content of the snippet isn't much to write home about, it's a great example of getting the fans closer to the action in a convivial way, thanks to F 1's new owners relaxing the rules on filming and media at an F1 venue.
We're sure there will be more of this as other drivers have hailed the chance to share with their social media followers a lot of what goes on at the race track, and in the wings.
It's a huge benefit for the sport and for the fans.
