The Formula One Group gets new offices in London

The Formula One Group will soon enjoy a new headquarter office in London, leaving its historic Prince's Gate building for a prime location on Lower Regent Street.

Liberty Media's takeover of the sport has required a staff restructuring  which far exceeds its historic Prince's Gate office from where Bernie Ecclestone, who owns the building, conducted business.

Sacha Woodward Hill, General Counsel of Formula One, is pleased with the move to the company's new 21,000 sq ft facility at 2, St James Market where it will occupy the fourth and fifth floors.

"Formula 1 is a global sport, attracting audiences of 400 million, and London is the perfect place to grow our international fan base," she said.

"We’re pleased to be opening our new global HQ in St James’s Market.  The new space will accelerate our business transformation and help us to attract the best talent as we move forward."
