Red Bull is taking advantage of Daniel Ricciardo's low starting position on the British GP grid to fit new components to the Aussie's engine without much consequence.
Ricciardo's RB13 will receive a new internal combustion engine, turbocharger, MGU-K and MGU-H.
The latter is the only element which goes beyond the authorised number of four for the season, which leads to an additional 10-place grid penalty on top of the original 5-spot demotion incurred by Red Bull for a gearbox change.
Ricciardo will effectively start P19 on the grid, one sport ahead of McLaren's Fernando Alonso.
