Gallery: This creative F1 fan did his own take on the 'Halo'

Finnish designer Esa Mustonen applied his own creative genius to the 'Halo' cockpit protection device, integrating the element into an assortment of current F1 cars.

Kudos to Esa not only for a job well done, but also for giving us a glimpse of how the safety device may eventually look in the future, if the FIA does a bit of creative work of its own.
