Robert Kubica passed the FIA's mandatory extraction test this morning in Budapest, a day before the Pole tests Renault's RS17.
Drivers are required to be able to extract themselves from the cockpit within five seconds, starting from a fully-belted position.
The limited mobility of Kubica's right arm, which was injured in the Pole's massive rally crash back in 2011, was a subject of concern with regard to self-extraction.

But the FIA has announced that the driver has passed the test without any major concerns.
After enjoying a series of runs in a 2012-spec Renault-run car at Valencia and at Paul Ricard, Kubica's performance was judged as impressive by his former Enstone-based team.
But tomorrow's test in a new-spec car will likely shed a definitive light on the 31-year-old's ability to perform at the highest level, and ultimately complete a successful comeback to F1.
