Ricciardo and Verstappen go for Kendo: the pictures

In dreaming up something original for its drivers to do in Tokyo, Red Bull avoided a tea ceremony or nice origami session, and went instead for some physical action which included hitting people with big sticks!

Just before they headed for Suzuka, Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen were brought to the Konnou Dojo in Shibuya for a training session in the 300-year-old martial art of Kendo.

That’s the really cool one with the masks and body armour and the massive bamboo swords.

Here are the pictures from their all-out work-out!
