Fernando Alonso revealed just how much he's been pushing lately to prepare for the grueling season which lies ahead.
Since December 1st, according to his track record posted on Instagram, the McLaren driver has cycled 1,820km, run 437km, swam 59km, has done various sports for 60 hours and karted another 30 hours.
All that, and Alonso still found time to race in the Daytona 24 Hours!
As Thomas Edison once said, "Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration."
In the video below, Alonso gives us the lowdown on where he stands on the eve of an important year.
