Ex-F1 driver Erik Comas just got married, and it was Stratospheric!

When a Rolls Royce fails on the bride and the groom, it's always good to have a back-up plan.

Former Grand Prix driver Erik Comas - who was a regular runner in F1 with Ligier and Larrousse between 1991 and 1994 but who is perhaps better known for being the man Ayrton Senna stopped to help at Spa in 1992 after the Frenchman's massive crash at Blanchimont - fortunately had another ride handily available for himself and his wife-to-be Raffaella.

The proud owner of a Lancia Stratos which he prepares and enters in historic rallies, Comas pulled out the beast and the couple made their way to church just on time.

That wasn't the end of it however as Erik and Raffaella also put the Stratos to good use on their very 'racy' honeymoon!

Check out the couple's hilarious video.
