Nico Rosberg is set to become a father after announcing his wife Vivian Sibold is pregnant.

Ahead of the start of the second day of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya, Rosberg took to Twitter to post a picture of himself and his wife alongside a message revealing that their first child is due in August. The couple were married in July last year.

Rosberg will become one of a growing number of fathers on the current F1 grid, with Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen, Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado all becoming dads over the last few years, while Felipe Massa also has a young son.
