McLaren hits the track for filming day in Barcelona

McLaren was up and running with its new MCL35 at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona on Sunday morning, with Lando Norris entrusted with the privilege of rolling out the team's 2020 contender.

McLaren followed most teams' usual practice of taking the advantage of a filming day before the start of pre-season testing to conduct a systems check of its new car, with mileage limited to a maximum of 100 kilometers and to the use of control tyres supplied by Pirelli.

The Woking-based outfit posted a short snippet of Norris taking to the Barcelona track.

Scuderia AlphaTauri also enjoyed a filming day at Misano where Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly both briefly sampled their new mount - the very stylish AT01 - on Saturday.

Here you can ride on-baord with Kvyat as the Russian laps Misano.

On Friday at Silverstone, Mercedes' 2020 Silver Arrow broke cover with Valtteri Bottas at the wheel, with Lewis Hamilton also putting the W11 through its initial paces.

Williams and Racing Point will present their new cars on Monday while Haas and Alfa Rome will conclude the official presentation season on Wednesday morning, just before the start of the first three-day segment of pre-season testing at the Circuit de Catalunya.
