Renault, Haas and Williams shake down new cars in Barcelona

The Renault and Haas teams followed Williams in shaking down their new cars during a filming day in Barcelona on Monday morning.

Both Renault and Haas had released either partial images or digital renderings of their 2020 machine last week, with the former organizing a proper team launch in Paris but without its car!

Esteban Ocon was entrusted with the task of rolling out Renault's new RS20 at the Circuit de Catalunya, while Romain Grosjean handled the systems check for Haas' VF20.

Earlier in the morning, Williams' George Russell took to the track on-board the Grove-based outfit's new FW43 which he will hand over later today to teammate Nicholas Latifi.

On Friday at Silverstone , Mercedes put its new Silver Arrows W11 through its initial paces while Alfa Romeo Racing's new C39 broke cover for a morning run with Kimi Raikkonen at Fiorano.

And on Saturday, Scuderia AlphaTauri's Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly both got mileage during the Italian outfit's filming day at Misano.

McLaren was the first team to hit the track in Barcelona when Lando Norris lapped the Circuit de Catalunya with the Woking team's new MCL35.

Pre-season testing will kick off on Wednesday at 9AM at the Spanish track.
