F1i Poll: The results are in for your favourite 2020 design!

F1i readers, we've tallied your votes to select your favourite design for 2020 and we'll admit the result is hardly a surprise.

Since its unveiling at its energetic presentation at Red Bull's 'Hanger 7', Scuderia AlphaTauri's elegant AT01 was a favourite of ours here at F1i, and you the readers have proven us right.

The Faenza-based squad has brought a new sponsor on-board this season, although one that's in the Red Bull family as AlphaTauri is the premium fashion brand founded in 2016 by the energy drink company.

The AT01's dark blue and white robe is a sober but very effective - and aesthetic - livery, and the design received 22 percent of your votes.

The car that will be raced this season - hopefully to good effect - by Pierre Gasly and Daniil Kvyat is expected to be a top midfield contender this season, and team boss Franz Tost wants his outfit to fight for a spot among the top 5.

McLaren and its new papaya/blue MCL 35 is the runner up in our poll, totaling 18 percent of the votes.

At the top of the time sheets so far in Barcelona, Mercedes' W11 rounds off the top-3 in your ranking for favourite design. The Silver Arrows squad brought some significant changes to its 2020 contender but retained overall its classy three-point star themed livery.

Given its top tier position in polls from previous years, we were surprised to see Racing Point and its RP20 Mercedes look-alike make up the rear. Is the team's pink robe starting to wear at the seams? You tell us…
