A scintillating Max Verstappen dominated the field to win both rounds of Team Redline's Esports 'Real Racers Never Quit' second event held on Wednesday evening.
The online series pitted 40 pro racers against each other using GTE machinery on iRacing, while Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya was the venue for the pair of 12-lap races.
Verstappen was joined on the front row of Race 1 by his old online nemesis and F1 colleague Lando Norris.
The Dutchman held his own at the start but the McLaren charger was beat into Turn 1 by Porsche Supercup driver Ayhancan Guven. However, a mistake by Norris sent both drivers off course and down the order.
Verstappen crossed the checkered flag with a comfortable 9-second lead of Porsche Supercup race winner Larry ten Voorde and former DTM driver Daniel Juncadella.
Unfortunately, Norris was absent from the Race 2 grid, having disconnected from the server.
Verstappen's efforts went once again unchallenged, the seven-time Grand Prix winner leading ten Voorde over the line by 4.5 seconds while Guven completed the podium.
Formula E racers Stoffel Vandoorne and Antonio Felix da Costa finished well down the order in both races.
