Red Bull's Max Verstappen says he's keeping healthy and in shape while he patiently awaits the start of the 2020 F1 season.
The Dutchman's restless wait, and that of his F1 colleagues, is likely to last at least another two months at the very least, with the start of the season now set for June 14 in France.
But few are those who believe that drivers will actually line up on the grid at Paul Ricard, or even at the Red Bull Ring a week later.
Regardless of when it will be safe to race, Verstappen is sitting tight - more often than not in his home simulator - and taking it on the chin.
"At the moment through the current situation I try to stay at home as much as possible of course and try to do my workouts at home," Verstappen said in a short video posted on social media.
"Of course we stay ready, I do a lot of sim work on my simulator at home and of course a lot of training as well to stay ready for whenever we’re going to get started again.
"I hope you guys are staying healthy in the meantime and I hope to see you guys all very soon."
