Mercedes' day of testing at Silverstone in pictures

Mercedes rolled out it crews and its 2018 W09 Silver Arrow at Silverstone on Tuesday as it undertook the first of its two days of testing at the British track ahead of the start of the 2020 season next month in Austria.

Valtteri Bottas was on hand for the run while Lewis Hamilton will take over from the Finn tomorrow.

The test is destined to warm everybody up for the long-awaited season opener at the Red Bull Ring, but crews also got acquainted with the safety and hygiene procedures and protocols that will be in force at events this summer.
