Red Bull crew works miracles to repair Verstappen blunder!

Max Verstappen made a mess of his out lap to the Hungarian Grand Prix grid, the Red Bull driver losing it under the wet conditions at Turn 12 and hitting the wall, leaving his team to scramble to repair the damage on the grid.

Verstappen's mishap tore off the front wing of the RB16 but also damaged a suspension element. The Dutchman joined the grid at which point his Red Bull crews sprung into action to replace in record time the damaged parts, likely a track rod or push rod.

The job was nevertheless completed with a minute to spare, allowing Verstappen to start the race from his P7 slot on the grid.

When all was said and done, Verstappen had a few congratulatory words for his trusty and skilled mechanics.

"Incredible work guys, unbelievable, thank you very much!", quipped the lucky Dutchman.
