Aston Martin will be the first F1 team to unveil a real 2022 car when he presents its all-new AMR 22 on Thursday afternoon.
Last week, Haas treated F1 fans to renderings of the livery of its VF-22 while on Wednesday, Red Bull rolled out a slightly tweaked version of its RB18 based on the 2022 showcar presented by F1 last summer at Silverstone.
Many teams are expected to keep the details of their new contenders under wraps until the start of pre-season testing in Barcelona at the end of the month.
But Team Silverstone will roll out the real deal this afternoon according to Matt Bishop, its head of communications who tweeted that Aston will be "launching & unveiling our real race car".
F1 will therefore get a first glimpse at an authentic 2022 design, albeit one that is likely to have evolved by the time it lines up on the grid in Bahrain next month.
Lawrence Stroll's team, which recently appointed former BMW motorsport chief Mike Krack as its team principal and signed up Saudi Arabian oil giant Aramco as a partner, will entrust its cars once again to four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll.
