Barcelona Day 3 split between dry and wet running

Formula 1's first pre-season test in Barcelona will conclude on Friday with a day split between dry running in the morning and a wet weather test in the afternoon.

The Circuit de Catalunya will roll out the water trucks during Friday's lunch break to artificially dampen the track to allow teams to sample Pirelli's wet weather tyres.

Other than that, it will be business as usual on the final day of testing before teams head back to base to analyze their data and fine tune their designs ahead of the sport's second pre-season test that will take place on March 10-12 at the Bahrain International Circuit where the 2022 F1 World Championship will kick off a week later on March 20.

Regarding Friday's line-ups, teams are set to split their day between their drivers.

Over at Haas, the team announced late on Thursday that its car will appear on the final day of testing in a plain white livery as the US outfit has dropped its Uralkali branding and Russian colors.
