F1 teams head into their second day of pre-season testing at the Bahrain International Circuit on Friday.

While some will pick up where they left off on Thursday, others will be looking to boost their lap tally at Sakhir.

That will be the case for McLaren whose mileage was limited on the opening day by brake temperature issues, with Lando Norris putting just 50 laps on the board.

The Briton was scheduled to handover the team's MCL36 to Daniel Ricciardo, but the Aussie who woke up feeling ill yesterday morning remains under the weather. So Norris will once again be on his own.

Haas will also be looking to recover the ground it lost following its freight issues and forced delayed start to its testing schedule in Bahrain.

Regarding the US outfit, Danish fans will be looking forward to seeing Kevin Magnussen back at the wheel of an F1 car, with the comeback kid getting his first taste this afternoon of Haas' VF-22.

Again, the track will go green at 10:00 local time (07:00 GMT - 08:00 CET), with the day's session breaking for lunch at 14:00 and then running from 15:00 until 19:00 local time (16:00 GMT - 17:00 CET).
