McLaren’s Lando Norris has given his fans the news they’ve been waiting for: the Landostand will return to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2026 – and this time, it’s set to be “a lot bigger and a lot better.”
After clinching his first-ever home race victory at the venue last July, Norris is ready to crank up the excitement for his army of supporters at the iconic circuit.
The 2025 Landostand was a roaring success, selling out in mere minutes as fans clamored to cheer on their hero from the Stowe Corner grandstand. With tickets for 2026 on sale since September 15, the stage is set for an even more unforgettable experience.
“Hi everyone, so Landostand, as you all know, was the coolest thing we’ve ever done this year at Silverstone,” Norris wrote on an Instagram story earlier this week.
“Topped it off by winning the grand prix, and it was the coolest year I’ve ever had at Silverstone. But, the demand was high, and we couldn’t just do it once – we’re going to have to do it again.
“Because the demand was so high last year, we sold out in a few minutes. We have to do it a lot bigger and a lot better, so that’s what we’re trying to do for next year.”
Planning for the expanded Landostand is already underway, and Norris is promising an upgrade across the board.
“Planning is already in place [for] much, much bigger grandstands, a much cooler experience for everyone, and I’m already excited for the whole thing,” he revealed.
“So, tickets are going out today [Monday 15 September]. It’s a very special day, for Landostand next year in Silverstone. I’m incredibly excited, it’s going to be amazing and thank you very much for your support.”
Fans who snap up a spot at Stowe Corner will receive more than just a seat. Packages include a three-day reserved grandstand pass, exclusive Landostand fan merch such as a tee and wristband, a dedicated Lando fan zone with entertainment, and a giant screen for race viewing
