Red, white and ready: Ferrari unveil 2026 F1 race suits

Ferrari may not have fired up its 2026 car just yet, but the Italian outfit has its “haute couture” affairs readily in order.

On Monday, the Scuderia unveiled its new race suits for the upcoming Formula 1 season, giving fans an early taste of the look Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will carry into F1’s bold new era.

The reveal came via a slick video on Ferrari’s YouTube channel, with Hamilton and Leclerc front and centre – and while race suits rarely rewrite history, Ferrari has given its classic red a noticeable refresh.

While the classic Rosso Corsa remains the heart of the design, the team has leaned heavily into white accents. Fans will notice a much "brighter" silhouette, with crisp white sections now framing the shoulders and neckline, and running boldly down the sides of the torso and legs.

In a move that streamlines the look, Ferrari has ditched last year's horizontal chest stripe. Instead, vertical white lines now break up the panels between the chest and shoulders, giving the drivers a sharper, more athletic frame.

The placement of the tech is also evolving; sponsor logos have been huddled closer toward the neckline, leaving the legendary Prancing Horse to sit proudly on the chest – perfectly balanced by the contrasting blue of title partner Hewlett-Packard.

This fashion reveal is more than just a costume change; it’s likely a big hint at what’s to come. With the car launch of the SF-26 set for January 23, expect these white accents to translate directly onto the new car's livery, as well as across the entire 2026 merchandise line and team kit.

Beyond the Threads: Merch and Monitoring

But it’s not all about looking good on camera. Ferrari has also announced a new high-tech partnership with WHOOP, which officially becomes the team’s "Official Health and Fitness Wearable Partner."

In a season where 100% sustainable fuels and massive electrical deployment will push cars to the limit, Ferrari is making sure its humans are just as optimized.

WHOOP devices will be strapped to team members throughout the 24-round calendar to monitor physical health, stress, and recovery, ensuring the Maranello squad stays as sharp as their new suits.
