Racing Bulls light up Miami in striking sunshine yellow

The Miami Grand Prix hasn’t even fired up its engines yet, but Racing Bulls have already stolen the spotlight – arriving not quietly, but in a blaze of sun-soaked yellow that practically demands sunglasses at a hundred paces.

Unveiled in unapologetically Miami fashion, the team’s new “summer edition” livery didn’t just roll into view – it made an entrance.

The car, drenched in a vivid yellow and chrome palette with a citrus-inspired pattern, was revealed as it cruised into the glamorous Kiki On The River hotspot by yacht.

Drivers Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad, meanwhile, got their first glimpse while skimming across the water on Ski-Doos—because of course they did. This is Miami, after all.

The look is a dramatic departure from Racing Bulls’ usual white-and-blue identity, trading cool minimalism for something far more electric.

The intricate citrus textures woven into the design give the car a zesty, almost tactile energy—as if it’s been peeled straight from a Florida orange and dropped onto the grid.

A bold splash of color with a nostalgic twist

While the team insists on looking forward, the paddock couldn’t help but glance back. The bright yellow machine instantly sparked comparisons to the iconic Jordan cars of the late ‘90s and early 2000s – a golden era when bold liveries and even bolder personalities ruled the sport.

From snake heads to hornets, those unmistakable designs left a lasting imprint, and Racing Bulls’ latest creation feels like a modern remix of that rebellious spirit.

Yet this isn’t mere nostalgia. In a weekend where teams often experiment – Cadillac included, albeit sticking to its monochrome roots – Racing Bulls has gone all-in. The transformation extends beyond the car itself, with matching team gear ensuring the entire garage radiates the same high-voltage summer vibe.

“Miami has become a special place for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls to express who we are as a team,” said Racing Bulls CEO, Peter Bayer.

“For the past two years, we’ve used this race to showcase something bold and unique, and this latest livery is no exception. The Red Bull Summer Edition livery brings a vibrant energy which reflects who we are as a team - creative and willing to push boundaries.

"We're very excited to give wiiings to the new seasonal flavour and bring the distinctive design to track this weekend.”

One thing’s certain: when the lights go out this weekend, Racing Bulls won’t just be racing for points –they’ll be racing in full technicolor!
