When competition and respect go hand in hand

Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel have squared-up at the top of the F1 world championship after the first two rounds of the year, with one win each.

The Mercedes driver's win in Shanghai offered perhaps another sample of what we may expect down the road: a head-on battle between the two star drivers.

While Hamilton's strenuous relationship with Nico Rosberg, the man who last defeated the Brit, exuded stress, coldness and difficulty, he genuinely seems happy - even outright excited - to go up against his Ferrari counterpart.

Likewise for Vettel as the pair have been complimentary about each other since the year kicked off in earnest.
