The McLaren and Sky F1 teams will each be missing a distinguished member this weekend in Turkey, as Zak Brown and Martin Brundle have joined forces at Estoril for two days of classic racing.
On Saturday, Brown rolled out his 1988 IMSA Jaguar XJR9 -- the single surviving example of the Daytona 24 Hour-winning machine – for the Group C endurance event.
Brundle led the field from the outset, but Brown's stint couldn't bring it home, and the pair finished second.
On Sunday, the pair move on to the classic meeting's Heritage Touring Cup and to Brown's ex-works Ford Capri RS. While all the time keeping an watchful eye on events at Istanbul Park.
