Now considered more than just a technological curiosity, the new Formula E series has been met with a fair amount of praise by both spectators and participants. Recently, at least eight companies, mostly linked to current FE teams, answered the FIA's invitation to tender for supplying electric motors for next year's 2015/2016 season.
