Esteban Ocon was on a special mission last night in Paris where the Alpine driver delivered to Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema the 2022 'Ballon d'Or' trophy celebrating the French player's stellar 2021-2022 season.
Alpine is a partner of the special award event and sent Ocon onboard an older-spec V8-powered car to carry Benzema's trophy to the Théâtre du Châtelet.
Alpine CEO Laurent Rossi and Ocon's future teammate and football fan Pierre Gasly also attended the event.
