Kimi Raikkonen (P7, 6 pts): 8/10
There's been a few dreadful Grand Prix weekends for Alfa Romeo recently, with Kimi Raikkonen looking pretty hacked off at times. But you can't keep the Iceman down for long before he finds a way to bounce back. He was consistently faster than his team mate during practice, although when it came to qualifying it was Antonio Giovinazzi who cracked Q3 while Raikkonen had to settle for 12th place. But this proved a canny call, since he could choose which tyres to start the race on while the Italian was stuck on softs. The hard compound proved the superior selection and Kimi put in a sterling performance to reach sixth place before finally pitting on lap 31 and dropping back to 11th, after which he recovered a couple of positions. Hydraulic problems for Lando Norris and a penalty for Daniel Ricciardo after the race gave him a two-place boost in the final classifications to equal his best result since joining the team over the winter.
