The updated power unit component list for Canada

On the eve of the Canadian Grand Prix, the FIA's Technical Delegate provided the list of power unit elements used so far this season.

As a reminder, each driver is permitted to use during the season only four of each of the six elements which constitute the power unit, and any combination of them may be fitted to a car at any one time.

Should a driver use more than four of any of the six power unit elements during the course of a season, a grid penalty will be imposed.

A glance at the lists reveals once again the McLaren drivers' risk of incurring more penalties.

With Honda stating that its MGU-H element is currently good for only two races, Stoffel Vandoorne is a likely candidate for a grid penalty this weekend.

Apart from McLaren's drivers, only Sebastian Vettel has used four of any power unit element so far.
