Formula 1's free-to-air presence in the UK is set to continue thanks to a multi-year deal signed between Channel 4 and Sky.
Sky's exclusive rights deal with F1 for 2019 had initially pushed the sport off Britain's free airwaves, until the broadcaster and Channel 4 struck an agreement that allowed the latter to show the British Grand Prix live as well as highlights from all other races.
The new deal between the two broadcasters follows a similar arrangement to this year, but extends until 2024 and includes sharing advertising technology and access to Channel 4 content for Sky customers.
"This landmark new partnership with Sky is a fantastic example of how broadcasters can work together to extend the reach of our content and innovate for the benefit of both viewers and advertisers," said Channel 4 chief executive Alex Mahon.
"I'm particularly thrilled that we are extending our collaboration with Sky on Formula 1, which secures highlights of all races and live coverage of the British Grand Prix on free-to-air television."
