Charles Leclerc was the recipient of a very special delivery this morning in Monaco, one that was transported overnight from Maranello.
Under the Ferrari-emblazoned cover sat Leclerc's 2019 race-winning SF90, the very car that allowed the Monegasque to secure his first two, and consecutive, wins in F1.
Leclerc enjoyed his first emotional triumph at the Belgian GP at Spa, just a day after the tragic death of his childhood friend Anthoine Hubert.
But the young Ferrari charger went one better the following weekend at a packed Monza, winning his team's home race.
Leclerc teased the priceless package on Instagram, saying that "something special just arrived home", a post followed later a picture of the SF90 in all its splendour stamped with smiley-hearts.
Leclerc offered no details about where he planned on storing the SF90, but it could find a home in the Principality within the prestigious collection of H.S.H the Prince of Monaco which already includes, among other four-wheel marvels, an impressive assemblage of F1 cars.
